One-to-one nursing services provided by a licensed nurse when clinically appropriate, ordered, and included in the patient’s plan of care.
HarborPoint Home Care serves Florida families through an individualized care process. Before services begin, the agency reviews the requested schedule, the client’s condition, daily routines, risks, preferences, and the level of assistance required.
Clinical-service requirement: Skilled nursing and other clinical services are provided only when permitted by HarborPoint’s active license, clinically appropriate, and supported by required treatment orders and a plan of care.
